Check-in/Check-out Policy: Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, Hotel will impose a cancellation fee of the cost of your entire stay. 

Your check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Should you wish to check-in early or depart late the Hotel will assess the situation and may create exceptions depending upon availability. Note that further daily room charges will apply for number of hours exceeding 2. 

Arrival Time: Your reservations will be held until Hotel hold time. To hold the room beyond the local hotel hold time, a credit card or cash guarantee of payment must be received at the hotel prior to designated hold time. Occupancy prior to check-in time on the date of the reservation cannot be confirmed unless the hotel has availability and payment is fully received by the hotel prior to arrival either by credit card accepted by the hotel or a deposit by cash/bank payment.

Rate Rules/Restrictions: Rates are confirmed in the currency (Euro) stated by the Hotel. Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail/telephone or other form of confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for rollaway beds or extra people and will apply only to rooms booked as part of this reservation. All service charges, taxes and value added tax (VAT) will be added to the hotel bill. The taxes, service charges and value added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.

Revision/Cancellation: If you have a Flexible booking and should you need to cancel, please do so before the Hotel hold time of 72 hours to avoid a full stay charge. Cancellation of reservations for which payment was guaranteed or for which a deposit has been sent must reach the hotel by the local hotel hold time on the cancellation date indicated to avoid your credit card being fully charged or the forfeiture of your deposit of the entire stay. Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type of this reservation is subject to the hotel's availability at the time the change is requested and will result in a possible rate change and the cost of your projected entire stay.

There are no cancellations accepted for bookings made with non-refundable options. All last minute reservations, all reservations made within 72 hours of arrival (no-cancellation period), all group reservations (reservations involving more than 3 rooms) are considered non-refundable and will be fully charged by the Hotel. 

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
